    EILEEN FISHER is seeking a Senior Integration Architect/Developer to join our Information Technology team located in Irvington, NY. This position is responsible for the architecture and implementation, and support of existing integration solutions between various cloud and on premise application technologies. The Senior Integration Architect/Developer will report to the IT Manager.

    In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, implementing and supporting performance optimized integration solutions with exceptions monitoring and handling. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technical and business users to understand requirements and translate those into technical design documents. You also will be responsible for guiding EILEEN FISHER’s integration team and 3rd party vendors and enforcing industry best practices and standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with Business Analysts, and technical users on translating integration requirements into technical design documents
    • Use Mulesoft platform when building new integrations as well as transition legacy integrations to Mulesoft API platform.
    • Work with both functional and technical project personnel to implement integration solutions between various applications such as: Sterling OMS, MI9, Blue Cherry, Magento, NCR CMA (POS), Zendesk, PLM and custom applications
    • In collaboration with other teams, architect solutions and enforce best practice and standards while delivering application and transactional integrations using Mulesoft API platform
    • Design, develop and implement high performance integration solutions with built-in monitoring and exception handling
    • Provide production support
    • Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues
    • Ability to go into applications and understand their data models and structures to design, develop and support the integrations. Some of this will require applications assistance but the ideal candidate also must have some data integration experience

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field; or a minimum of 6 years of experience

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    5+ years of EBS integration experience with a minimum of 2 years in middleware technology and 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Mulesoft API platform. Strong understanding of queue-based applications like MQ is a plus

    Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA (application and transactional based integrations) best practices, development methodologies & standards

    Strong experience in Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions

    Solid Programming skills using Java Spring framework, Java multithreading, concurrency, synchronization and locks, JavaScript, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT

    Experience with Mulesoft administration, configuration and tuning. This includes demonstrated experience implementing Mulesoft API architecture and troubleshooting, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools

    Hands on experience with MuleSoft Cloudhub and/or AWS hybrid environments

    Experience working with below desired:

    • SOAP and REST webservices
    • XML, JSON, EXCEL, CSV, FLAT FILE formats
    • HTTP/HTTPs, FTP/SFTP protocols
    • development of APIs - Consumer and Producer
    • PUB/SUB model of messaging and queues
    • web services development
    • endpoints
    • SSO, Security and encryption
    • Data integration
  • Qualifications

    Requires bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other relevant science.

    Requires one (1) to three (3) years’ work experience.
