Hours: 40 hours per week. Must be able available to work between the business hours Monday-Friday 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM and Saturday 7:45 am to 12:15 pm
Hours will and can vary based on the scheduled needs of the banking center. Need to be flexible and open to working other shifts if needed.
Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Full Time Banking Center Manager at our Katy, Spring Green branch.
The Banking Center Manager is responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the banking center. This individual ensures that established policies and procedures are followed, oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers, and that customers are promptly and professionally served. Other duties will also include training, directing, supervising the banking center and teller staff, insuring banking center transactions, expenses, and profitability are in line with Bank standards.

Required Experience
Associate degree or higher in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
Thorough knowledge of Bank services and products.
Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Banking center functions, policies, and procedures.
Minimum three years related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
