Summary

The Brand Partnerships & Activations Specialist will play an integral role in helping Stifel maximize corporate brand partnership contracts. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong attention to detail, is an excellent communicator, and is a motivated self-starter. This role will involve up to 30% travel and will require some work outside of traditional working hours. This position will be based out of Park City, UT.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports Marketing team members and the Executive Office in the planning and execution of contractual elements for brand partnerships.
• Creates reports to evaluate brand partnerships, outlining the existing commitments, benefits to Stifel and partners, and used/unused contractual elements.
• Ensures that Stifel promptly supplies necessary assets to partners for activations and is the primary point of contact for partnerships when assigned.
• Attends events and activations in a working capacity to capture photos, report on the impact of event/activation, and ensures Stifel is represented appropriately.
• Works collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to ensure a seamless partnership approach, ensuring Stifel and partners benefit from the relationship.
• Monitors social media for mentions/relevant content for Stifel to share on our pages and works with appropriate teams to get content shared.
• Works with various Stifel Marketing teams to create materials for partnerships, including but not limited to internal and external announcements, ads, social media posts, videos, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintains and upholds the corporate brand in all partner relationships to ensure that all interactions with and representations of Stifel are consistent across all channels

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 30% and work non-traditional hours, as requested.
• Previous experience with event coordination
• Strong customer service, interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Highly organized individual, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Stays on top of trends in the marketing and finance industries and thinks strategically about marketing, using the most effective and efficient methods via written, oral, and visual media.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the firm and work as a team or individually, depending on project requirements and scope.
• General knowledge of the rules and regulations governing advertising in the securities industry.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
• Minimum Required: 3+ years of related experience.

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
