  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    For all accounts, the project manager is responsible for… 

    • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and ensuring the internal team’s adherence to deadlines  

    • Securing the resources need to complete tasks, and delegating tasks on the project to those resources 

    • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects 

    • Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals 

    • Serving as a point of contact for internal teams when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain aligned 

    • Communicating with the account manager, as well as the leadership team and client as needed, to keep the project aligned with the client’s goals, including updating status sheets as needed 

    • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected 

    • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed and communicating those to the account manager or client 

    • Keeping forecast data up-to-date and accurate through good communication with account manager on changes to project scope and expected net revenue

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing or related field 

    • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing agency managing multiple clients and projects; website development management experience a plus 

    • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum) 

    • Proven leadership skills 

    • Cost and risk management skills 

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills 

    • Ability to delegate effectively 

    • Ability to make important decisions under pressure 

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, creative environment.  

    • Ability to scope projects accurately 

    • Ability to offer proactive solutions and ensure successful progression with minimal guidance 

    • Experience with online media, social media and email marketing a plus 

    • Friendly and approachable
