    Brandpoint is seeking an experienced, proactive and passionate Business Development Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. With a focus on strategic outreach to drive interest and generate discovery calls, you will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and driving new business development through outbound prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads within the manufacturing and industrial sector.

    As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Drive Results: Prospect new opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals and inbound marketing leads, as well as use consultative and solution-based selling techniques to win business.
    • Build Relationships: Establish rapport with prospects while gathering key information about their needs and goals. Partner with a fun team of digital marketing experts who collaborate to wow clients and grow the business.
    • Sharpen Marketing and Sales Skills: Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities. Develop new business by engaging and educating decision-makers and C-level prospects through the use of various marketing tools such as email and social media.
    • Advance Your Career: Gain experience to expand your career path in sales through an expanded professional network; experience selling in multiple environments and industries; mastery of multiple sales tools, platforms, and technologies; as well as a chance to showcase out-of-the-box thinking.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
    • Two or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably within marketing or other agencies
    • Strong persuasion and prospecting skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Competitive spirit to hit program goals
    • Curiosity to work with new industries
