    The Business Associate’s work involves close interaction with the Company’s CEO and the senior management team to support a variety of strategic initiatives to grow revenues enabling the Company to transform and achieve ambitious growth targets. The Business Associate also collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure the most effective proposition for clients.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Compile and analyze metrics, produce business strategy analyses, simulations and reports around client activity and profitability, sales performance and related bespoke analysis
    • Build, enhance and support external relationships with strategic partners, vendors and other third- party service providers
    • Manage interactions with Euronext Finance and ensure ENX FX accounting procedures are fully aligned with Euronext Finance best practices
    • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes and competitive behavior
    • Gather data and organize information, conduct analysis and simulations, come up with recommendations for management
    • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as directed by the Euronext FX COO and operate with maximum discretion on sensitive matters
    • Coordinate and support team members across all areas of the company, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Help, IT and Liquidity Management
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

    • Educated to Masters level in business management or finance discipline
    • Good grasp of the financial industry and strong interest in technology
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modeling capabilities
    • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset (pragmatic, hands-on in execution, ability to make decisions within a fast changing environment)
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to maintain effective relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders
    • Fluent in English. Fluent in other European languages would be an advantage but is not required.
