As a Freddie Mac Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO+T) Business Intelligence & Reporting intern, you'll get the experience and resources you need to launch a successful career in technology. You'll gain exposure to communicating technology strategies and operations with a keen eye on design and content detail through automated solutions. The solutions you help create and deliver will help to ensure our ability to deliver strategic and operational messages to C-Suite executive stakeholders. BOARD AND FHFA REPORTING
Prepare the EO&T calendar/ timeline for review and alignment across EO&T
Acts as the chief POC and liaison for all of EO&T by coordinating the reporting cycles with CEO/President's Office, Reg. Affairs, Compliance, Ent. Risk Mgmt. (ERM) and Legal
STRATEGY, OPERATIONS, AND CONSULTING
Provide top-down strategic oversight and consulting functions across EO&T divisions and BTOs
Increase efficiencies across EO&T via the modernization and management of strategy products such as EO+T strategy, Op Model, Roadmap, and quarterly operational reviews
PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION
Increase the quality of content and velocity of delivery via:
Automation for executive dashboard products
Provide solution management support across EO&T
Develop capabilities for advanced analytics

In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on EO+T Strategy, Planning, and Operations. Projects, roles, and responsibilities will vary based on the interest and capability of the candidate as well as business needs.
This is a great opportunity for a student studying in any of the STEM disciplines to get a broad introduction to IT operations and Freddie Mac.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Direct support of a EO+T Executive Reporting, Strategic Operations, and Automation teams
Exhibit a customer-centric attitude
Participate and contribute to discussion with both technology and business experts to translate business requirements and customer needs into technology requirements
Learn to write user stories based on business-driven functionality and technical capabilities
Prepare charts, tables, diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
Support problem solving through building operational knowledge, business reporting requirement knowledge, and an understanding of the executive sentiment
Collaborate with all levels of employees including division leadership
Build professional relationships across the organization and enhance your business acumen through established training opportunities and day to day work execution
Learn about various processes and functions within the Enterprise Operations & Technology division and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics or related STEM field
Availability to begin employment in August 2022
