What you will be doing in this role:

• Driving operational improvements through specific project-based work.

• Analyzing key business drivers such as customer behavior, existing base trends, attrition, and margins.

• Understand and document current operations and identify opportunities to scale and/or develop new best practices.

• Collaborate with line of business, corporate finance, and IT teams to facilitate reviews and maximize gains.

• Assist with some daily functions that may include customer facing documentation, process and/or administrative work.

• You will: Actively lead internal projects that deliver documents that describe current procedures, best practices and insights and recommendations to WEX leadership for future state.

• Provide analytical rigor and bring strategic vision to key initiatives

• Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with your respective business teams.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50
