    The Wells Fargo University Programs Recruiting Team supports the hiring needs of Wells Fargo’s early talent programs. These programs hire over 1500 students into intern and full-time professional development programs each year which are sourced from over 50 undergraduate and MBA colleges and universities across the country. This role will support the business support/project management efforts for early talent recruiting.

    The university recruiting environment is extremely fast-paced and deadline focused The successful candidate needs to thrive in an environment where work is performed quickly without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or customer service. The right candidate will be organized, a quick learner, have strong attention to detail and ability to focus on numerous tasks/projects; comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate should be willing to work overtime.

    Specifically, this person will assist with the back office operations of university recruiting hiring initiatives. While this role supports the university recruiting efforts, the work is operational and administrative in nature.

    Primary responsibilities

    • Review applications, check eligibility and properly disposition candidates in applicant tracking system for requisitions that attract a high volume of candidates
    • Manage assigned requisitions including posting jobs, resume review, and selection documentation
    • Manage administrative responsibilities for the campus recruiting team including facilitating candidate travel, data tracking, and other relevant administrative tasks as needed
    • Provide support to campus team by utilizing the online campus systems to download resumes, enter pre-selects, and finalize interview schedules
    • Partner with recruiting team to plan, coordinate and execute on-campus recruiting activities and on-site events
    • Communicate with campus career centers to ensure all recruiting activities (job postings, information sessions, career fairs, interview days, etc.) are scheduled, planned and executed successfully
    • Process full time and intern hire transactions and provide on-boarding support and communications
    • Assist with additional campus recruiting related projects, as needed

    • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, driven, dependable and self-directed.
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
    • No HR experience required but demonstrated an interest in HR and recruiting preferred
