As an intern with the Managed Services Customer Success team, you will work on high-quality projects where you will gain valuable experience while delivering work that makes a difference. This position will help work through customer journeymapping, onboarding and steady state experiences for our customers chartering and managing process improvement projects and coordinating and facilitating team engagements. We strive to provide our interns a meaningful experience and consider CDW for a full-time career post-graduation.
What youll do:
Various reporting on customer metrics within ServiceNow > exports to Excel
Partner with Customer Success Leadership to identify process improvement projects focused on customer experience
Become familiar with Customer JourneyMapping and creating relevant documentation
Help create customer-facing documentation and presentations to aid in presales and onboarding efforts
What were looking for:
Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2021 or May 2022, studying Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business or a related field
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker
