Internships Include: Leader Talks Career Counseling Development Opportunities Department Tour Volunteering Event Networking Final Presentations As an IT Metrics amp; Reporting intern, you will have 2 main areas of focus: IT Metrics amp; Reporting: Gather metrics and report requirements, design metrics, create dashboards, and build presentations to review with stakeholders Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and outliers that can be used to drive meaningful insights and decision making Skills and Qualifications: * Student must be entering their Junior or Senior year in college * Committed to a full-time, 40 hr/week, summer internship between June August * Proficient with Tableau, Business Objects or Excel * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Good interpersonal amp; consultative skills * Facilitation and presentation skills * Self-motivated, organized and effective time management skills * Some knowledge of business process, insurance industry and a technology acumen This is a paid internship CNO Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Affirmative Action Employer.
