    Position Summary:  

    As the People and Culture (P&C) Administrator, you will support the P&C Partners and Learning and Development teams by facilitating people-related processes and programs.  As the initial point of contact, you will administer onboarding and offboarding processes and help coordinate the design and delivery of learning and development programs and activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide scheduling support to P&C Partners for complex/large meetings, and as needed.
    • Manage logistics for small- and large-scale events (workshops, off-sites, trainings, meetings) including travel, space, registration, agenda planning, content creation or review, and meals.
    • Manage the cadence of recurring team meetings, “Development Day” workshops, and P&C Community Gatherings including scheduling, logistics and agenda.
    • For L&D Programs: schedule workshops and book rooms, plan for meetings and trainings, handle logistics, record meeting notes and support sub-teams involved in workshops.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for L&D activities.
    • Connect with other support-teams in the organization – such as IT, Accounting/Finance, Facilities, Architecture/Planning – to facilitate logistical, informational, and/or physical space needs.
    • Support budgets including tracking invoices, coordinating inputs from members and acting as liaison with Accounting/Finance partners.
    • Track coaching hours and process payments to vendors and coaches
    • Support and maintain online learning system and onboarding system
    • Initiate Onboarding and Offboarding processes in HR system: launch onboarding and offboarding events for all employees, track timeline, and submit completed paperwork for processing.
    • Share new hire onboarding information/resources with leaders and answer general questions on process.
    • Analyze exit interview data
    • Gather, prepare and analyze data related to employee metrics in support of change work.
    • Conduct research on workplace best practices, trends, and other topics as needed to support special projects.
    • Liaise with Benefits, Compensation and Operations on application of company policies / processes as needed
    • Manage special projects as needed.
    • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

     

    Required Skills

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Required Experience

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 to 2 years working in an administrative capacity preferably in Human Resources
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including strong Word and Excel skills.
    • Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
    • Keen sense of urgency and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and sensitivity to confidential information.
    • Adaptability combined with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
    • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work in an environment where there is ambiguity and able to make sound decisions and exercise good judgement.
    • Aptitude to work with various HR systems. Experience with Onboarding and Learning Management Systems a plus.
