The primary purpose of this position is to assist Oklahoma Central Credit Union in living out our Brand Promise, "Your financial well-being is our reason for being," by delivering outstanding service to both internal and external members. This position is responsible for handling member transactions and delivering outstanding member service.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments
• Assist members with questions regarding their account(s)
• Balances cash drawer daily
• Be visible and available to members at all times
• Meet referral goals by referring products and services relevant to members individual needs
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Other duties as necessary

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Working knowledge of a computer
• General math aptitude
