    How Our Leasing Agents Make A Difference

    The Campus Advantage Leasing Agent is a critically important, challenging and rewarding position! They assist in the ongoing leasing efforts at the property while providing first class customer service to our current residents.

    Job Summary

    The Leasing Agent is responsible for creating a great first impression and serve as the initial contact for resident and prospective residents. The Leasing Agent is responsible for touring, leasing and renewing apartments, complete the lease paperwork, assist, build and maintain resident relations. This individual must be outgoing, customer service driven and able to meet specific weekly/ monthly sales goals in both leases and renewals which are set by the General Manager and Regional Leasing Specialist. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Administration

    Maintain confidentiality of company, client and resident information.

    Facilities and Equipment

    Maintain physical appearance of property and model units and "readiness" of model units and common areas. Inspect units in accordance with established policies and procedures. Perform move-out inspection and assess charges to resident. Prepare vacant units for move-in.

    Human Resources

    Actively participate in accomplishing the Mission of Campus Advantage. Adhere to and promote the Core Values of Campus Advantage. Understand and adhere with established Campus Advantage policies and procedures. Maintain a respectful workplace. Report time and attendance. Participate in professional development.

    Information Technology

    Maintain confidentiality and security of access to company data, networks and applications. Utilize company technology and information systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.

    Lease Administration

    Manage roommate matchings, transfers, move-ins and terminations Monitor lease expirations and maximize renewals.

    Marketing & Leasing

    Ensure all marketing and leasing information is maintained accurately and timely in the company's information system. Conduct leasing and marketing activities for prospects from first contact through lease execution, events and promotions. Coordinate or participate in renewal activities. Maintain current knowledge of competitive and market conditions.

    Management Information Systems

    Check and update property website weekly and or as needed.

    Residence Life

    Provide superior customer service. Understand needs and expectations of residents and exceed them. Maintain effective communication with residents, parents and the University.

    Safety and Security

    Report incidents in a timely manner. Implement and conduct emergency procedures. Identify and report safety and security risks. Maintain a safe community environment for both residents and employees.

    Requirements

    High School Diploma or Equivalent Sales experience is preferred Onesite software experience a plus Knowledge with Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits
