    About the Emerging Leaders Summit:

    The Emerging Leaders Summit (ELS) is a three-day in-person and virtual diversity-focused program that affords promising graduate students the opportunity to learn about American Express, our business units, culture, and colleagues from our colleague network groups including the Black Engagement Network, Hispanic Origin and Latin American Network and our Office of Enterprise Inclusion, Diversity and Business Engagement.  As part of our Blue Box Values, we embrace diversity and stand for inclusion. Those values are brought to life by finding the best candidates who not only hold the unique skills and diverse perspectives necessary for the role, but also reflect the communities we come from and the customers that we serve daily around the world. This is not an application for an open role.     What Backgrounds / Experiences Are We Looking For:

    Creating a team with individuals from all backgrounds is a critical part of our success. We are looking for students from diverse backgrounds- with a strong-work ethic, intellectual curiosity, ability to build relationships, and an interest in the financial services industry.

    We are also looking for individuals with the following:

    • Leadership aptitude

    • Desire to continually learn, collaborate and grow.

    • Current enrollment in full-time 1st Year MBA/Masters Program

    • Graduation Date between December 2024-June 2025

    Application Process:

    We are accepting applications from students in a variety of majors, including Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics or related quantitative or business majors.

    Salary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly + sign-on bonus
