ABOUT AMEX DIGITAL LABS

The Amex Digital Labs team drives innovation at American Express by originating, incubating, and managing products and platforms that are essential to our customers’ digital lives. We are a fast-paced global team that leverages emerging technologies to develop digital payment and financial services products, AI-powered customer service solutions, and engaging membership experiences. We value creativity, customer centricity, and experimentation and often collaborate with top technology companies and strategic partners to bring the next generation of products to market.

We’re looking for an Undergraduate level Summer Intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Global Product Enablement Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for a project contributing to Go-To-Market Strategy and/or Product Operations for new and existing digital products. This person will join our team of problem solvers and strategic project managers, supporting launch of new products, features /functionality or experiences and/or process improvement to enable speed to market, while gaining invaluable experience and insight into Digital Innovation at Amex.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated program management skills to lead end-to-end partnerships across key verticals - product development, engineering & technology, marketing, customer service, legal, compliance, information security, etc.

• Possesses a Growth Mindset approach, aims to think beyond the obvious, solve problems and deliver creative solutions

• Ability to interact across teams with strong attention-to-detail and productive mentality

• Consistently seeks feedback from a diverse group of colleagues and partners

• Curiosity about consumer behavior and digital trends across categories

• Desire to work on dynamic, innovative and evolving initiatives in the digital, mobile and alternatives payments space

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program

• Students must have a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
