    Travel & Lifestyle Services’ (TLS) vision is to provide our Cardmembers and Merchants the world’s best customer experience through a variety of lifestyle services.     For an internship in TLS, we are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for leadership. You will be encouraged to bring a well-rounded mix of critical thinking, tactical execution, and creativity to the role.

    The specific job responsibilities would depend on the team you are selected for in the summer internship role. This individual will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategic, analytic and communications initiatives to help ensure the objectives of the global team are met.

    Broadly the role could entail some of the below listed responsibilities:

    • Is able to explain quantitative/qualitative analyses using internal and external research on a high priority TLS topic

    • Develop business proposals for new product features and capabilities

    • Clearly communicate and articulate the rationale for project objectives, rooted in customer insights to multiple stakeholders and senior management

    • Collaborate extensively with key cross functional partners, including Data Analytics, Design Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, Global Servicing, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    TLS is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where team members use individual and team performance goals, metrics, and reporting to drive business results. It is imperative that this individual is a strong relationship builder and works well with others

    You should possess:

    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills - must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues

    • Problem solving, critical thinking with attention to detail

    • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning in a complex role and mastering new systems

    • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and proactive thinking

    • Passion for improving end-to-end customer experience, innovation and customer first thinking

    • Strong project management skills and discipline to deliver

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

    • Currently enrolled in full-time bachelor’s degree program

    • Students must have a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024
