Business Unit/Role Specific Info

The Agile Management Product & Operations Team works to transform product development practices through strategic frameworks, processes, tools, and actionable insights. As a member of this Product-Engineering team within the broader Portfolio/Product team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across Tech Business Management and Tech Delivery teams to...

• Support and help craft Enterprise Data Insights
• Visualize the story of underlying data leveraging Portfolio Metrics, Agility Metrics, Productivity Metrics, OKRs, and Capacity & Demand metrics.
• Drive the sequencing of product roadmaps, prioritizing the Engineering team’s sprint backlog, and actively participating in all phases of the iteration process.

Skills/Experience

• Ability to identify a business problem and predict end results using a product mindset.
• Ability to gather data from various sources and have good understanding on Data Management practices around Structured, Unstructured (Text, emails, comments log, Jira/Rally posts) or Semi-Structured Datasets (Labels/Tags)
• Understanding of what Factors or Features are needed to build Predictive Model.
• Experience with reporting/analytical applications
  • Python
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Data Modelling
  • Must have strong Excel skills
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, BI and Visualization trends
• Ability to work on ML metrics such as
  • Regression (MSPE - Mean Square Predicted Error, MSAE - Mean Absolute Prediction Error, R Square to measure the goodness of fit of a regression model, Adjust R Square)
  • Classification (Precision-Recall, ROC-AUC, Accuracy, Log Loss)
  • Unsupervised Models (Rand Index, Mutual Information)
  • Others (CV Error, Heuristic Method)
• Software engineering background/hands-on experience with foundational software engineering
• Agile Mindset and able to adapt well to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical field
• Students must have a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
