    Business Unit/Role Specific Info

    The Tech Delivery Excellence team (TDE) leverages technical understanding to support executional certainty for product and engineering teams, and ensures visibility across stakeholder groups of outstanding issues, risks, and delivery status’. As a part of the TDE team, you will have an opportunity to drive operational excellence, implement standard processes, and identify automation opportunities while partnering across the organization as we work towards our strategy.

    Our Technology Project Managers not only understand how technology works, but how that technology intersects with the people who count on it every day. In this role, you will work with Product and Engineering teams in adopting Agile principles and values, drive delivery, removing impediments and supporting an environment of continuous improvement.

    Skills/Experience

    • Technical knowledge sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems design, with an understanding of engineering systems spanning hardware, software, AI/ML. Knowledge of coding languages is a plus.
    • Demonstrates technical understanding to document a scheduled plan, dependencies, risk and issues, able to track and communicate status of delivery to various team members.
    • Ability to understand organizational, product, and industry standard metrics, and leverage metrics to diagnose problems and improve delivery
    • Knowledge of Agile Frameworks for teams and/or organizations (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), iterative development processes including quality and testing practices, and the overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Understanding of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques
    • Experience participating in Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams is preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and business partners
    • Skilled in using productivity software (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
    • Ability to learn new technical skills quickly and maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
    • Adaptable, flexible, and able to deal with ambiguity
    • Excellent thought leadership, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Self motivated and self driven with curiosity for continuous learning

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Technical Project Management, or equivalent field.
    • Project Management Certification CAPM, PMP or equivalent coursework
    • Students must have a graduation date between December 202 3 and June 2024

    Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
