Resp & Qualifications Overview: This internship is for a motivated, undergraduate level student interested in a career in Human Resources (HR), Benefits or a related discipline and an interest in the health insurance industry. There will be particular emphasis on customer service and communication. This internship offers the opportunity to work with a variety of internal clients and exposure to senior level leadership as well as experience with Benefits projects. This is a full-time position in the Human Resources Department that reports to the Benefits Manager. Work hours will be approximately 30-40 per week. Responsibilities: Principal responsibilities will include participation on projects and day to day tasks such as the Benefits Inbox/Phone Line support, Administrative Processes, Invoices, Writing Communications and Open Enrollment design/planning.
