    Job Description

     

    Work Remote Through Pandemic!

    The Client Administration Specialist ( Broker Approval) will be responsible for the approval and ongoing recertification and monitoring of the Company’s wholesale and correspondent clients. Verifies clients are properly licensed and comply with associated state and local regulations. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

     

     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Obtains, verifies and analyzes new client applications and recertification requests including supporting documentation.
    • Applies internal control procedures to determine credit worthiness, risk potential and market reputation of applicants and renewing clients.
    • Orders vendor reports on applicants and renewing clients.
    • Conducts searches including but not limited to NMLS verification, investor exclusionary lists, and other databases and analyzes search results.
    • Works closely with Wholesale and Correspondent Operations and Sales to maintain compliance, mitigate risk and enhance client.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Two (2) years of experience in approval analysis or similar field
    • Mortgage broker and correspondent approval experience preferred
