Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

• Provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment of treatment plans utilizing behavioral health expertise, industry standards, and policy requirements
• Evaluate providers’ recommendations for patient services and objectives. Ensure alignment between patient diagnosis, program objectives, and services recommended
• Propose modifications to providers and discuss feedback on justifications for exceptions
• Evaluate patient progress over multiple years and guide board certified behavioral analysts in updating treatment plans and patient objectives
• Continuously research relevant publications for updates to scientific based guidelines

Qualifications

Evaluate treatment plans, behavioral support plans and objectives for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. 5+ years of applied behavioral analysis experience. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis within specific populations, understanding and working knowledge of insurance funding for applied behavior analysis. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Board Certified Behavior Analyst GOVERNMENT SECURITY/CLEARANCE/CITIZENSHIP_: As a government contractor, this position requires U. S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 or higher security._
