    Job Description

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Century Business Solutions is a fast-growing payment technology company based in Irvine, CA, that offers its employees career advancement opportunities and a lively work environment.

    As a PARTNER ENABLEMENT COORDINATOR, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist, enable and grow our ecosystem of Century Business Solutions (CBS) Partners. You will work directly with the VP, Channel Partner to identify, prioritize and build relationships with software partners.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts, and be passionate about leveraging the phone to drive opportunity.

    · Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    · Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

    · Self-starter, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

    · Proficient comprehension in utilization of computer technology for daily work tasks, able to learn new software.

    · BA/BS degree or relevant experience

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    · Engage with current partners via phone, email & webinar

    · Generate new business from current partners by engaging their sales teams and running partner marketing campaigns.

    · Stay up to date on new product enhancements to relay to partners

    · Qualify and develop inbound partner referred merchant leads

    · Train & onboard partners

    · Complete accurate tracking of communication with current partners in CRM

    · Maintain active engagement with new and existing partners through follow-up communications designed to increase partner interest.

    · Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests.

    · Occasional Travel

    LOCATION:

    Century is located in Orange County in the thriving Irvine area. We are within walking distance of the Irvine Spectrum and very close to the 5, 405, and Irvine train station. This position is full time in office, no remote work available.
