 JOB SUMMARY

Join the leading automation company in the payments space and be a part of a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software support professional to work to support businesses in syncing incoming payments into existing ERP, Accounting, CRM and eCommerce software systems.

JOB DUTIES:

· Perform software demonstrations showing potential clients how our product/service helps them to build a better payment system

· Work collaboratively with Senior Management, Software Development, Project Management, Sales teams, and any other members of various departments

· Assist Support team by reviewing records, following up with customers, and submitting paperwork related to their cases and support via remote session

· Maintain accurate records of all contacts and activities in the company’s various databases

· Submit paperwork related to new accounts and perform maintenance activities for current clients in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience implementing and maintaining software systems, preferably ERP systems

· Prior experience providing training and/or demonstrating products or software is strongly desired

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and build rapport and relationships with customers

· Willingness to put in the time needed to complete assigned tasks, including multi-tasking

· Self-starter with the ability to ask questions, learn quickly and work independently

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer-based programs

· Background in development, coding, systems management preferred

· Openness to new challenges and expectations as the company grows

· Must have strong communication skills and enthusiastically present solutions to customers and to work with a range of different personalities

· Need to demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills
