     JOB SUMMARY

    Join the leading accounts receivable automation company in the payments space and be a part of a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sage Intacct Consultant to support businesses in syncing incoming payments into Sage Intacct and other software systems.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Assist the sales team by engaging potential customers while presenting software demonstrations.
    • Track all communications in Salesforce CRM system and other systems to ensure visibility.
    • Responsible for implementing Sage Intacct payment integration and other software solutions.
    • Troubleshoot issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
    • Utilize and update team documentation and training guides to assist team members.
    • Train our customers on our solutions and provide ongoing support to them.
    • Manage support cases assigned in queue and listen to customer issues and identify ways to resolve the issues, while keeping the customer informed regularly.
    • Follow up with customers and assist them with completing surveys and providing feedback.
    • Collaborate with other departments internally to ensure appropriate responsiveness.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Technical knowledge and understanding of performance related to Sage Intacct REQUIRED
    • Experience implementing and maintaining Sage Intacct_ REQUIRED_
    • Prior experience providing training and/or demonstrating products or software REQUIRED
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and build rapport and relationships with customers.
    • Willingness to put in the time needed to complete assigned tasks, including multi-tasking.
    • Self-starter with the ability to ask questions, learn quickly and work independently.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer-based programs.
    • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Must have strong communication skills and enthusiastically present solutions to customers and to work with a range of different personalities.
    • Need to demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
