PROGRAM INFORMATION

What we offer

You’ll work on highly strategic projects, including using data analytics and models to measure operational effectiveness, developing new digital features or functions, project management, marketing and media initiatives, or evaluating business strategies while maintaining controls and following regulations.

Many of these projects involve formulating business strategies to drive growth and improve customer service, such as monitoring and analyzing data in our social media feeds to improve products and strategize marketing initiatives for new offerings.

VALUED QUALITIES

You should have exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in addition to excellent project management and problem solving skills.

Over the course of 9 weeks, you will influence one of our Chase business units, such as Card Services, Consumer Banking or Home Lending. You will build skills translating data into business opportunities, helping to acquire new customers or enhancing our risk and controls framework.

ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE

Your work may include using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness; business case development for new digital features or functionality; conference planning and project management for high visibility brand, marketing & media initiatives; dashboard creation to track key metrics; or assisting with creating/refreshing website content for core Chase products or services.

TRAINING

We’ll complement your work experience with training designed to improve your leadership, management, technical and professional skills. Additionally, you’ll benefit from one-on-one coaching, and have access to networking events and our speaker series.

CAREER PROGRESSION

High performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive full-time offers with the bank.
