    The WEX Internship Program offers a robust experience for ambitious and curious students, who are interested in growing professionally and developing their skills to become the next generation of technology leaders.

    Our internship program is designed to provide interns hands-on, practical experiences while working alongside some of our industry’s smartest teams; as well as providing immediate value to their teams and our leaders.

    As an intern, you will be challenged and offered the opportunity to make an impact across the business and be involved in the company’s most critical business decisions.

    What you will be doing in this role:

    • Collaborate with management to research, organize and plan new business initiatives.

    • Create internal and external communication plans to promote field sales value to Chevron stakeholders, Marketers, Retailers and Areas Sales Managers.

    • Analyze and strategize data platforms to drive awareness of WEX value and contribution to gallon and bottom line revenue increase for Chevron Marketers and Retailers

    • Driving operational improvements through specific project-based work.

    • Analyzing sales prospecting communications, territory alignment, and market trends.

    • Work with sales management to improve efficiencies to drive gallon and revenue growth through external communication plans that increase partner engagement and awareness

    You will:

    • Gain real life experience in business with an exposure to strategic conversations between key stake holders and leadership as well as clients.

    • Actively lead internal projects that deliver strategic insights and recommendations to WEX leadership

    • Provide analytical rigor and bring strategic vision to key initiatives

    • Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with your respective business teams

    • Understand how your job is key to support the wider WEX’s organization

    Who we are looking for:

    • At a minimum, you should be a rising junior, senior level student. Preferred masters-level student, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program in business.

    • Strong project management skills, including planning and execution

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information

    • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills

    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills

    • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
