This department focuses on building strong business relationships with employees and management, partnering with multiple business units in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training & development and recognition. When applying online, include your cover letter and resume (note: pdf format is best to avoid compatibility issues) Responsibilities : Assist with recruitment initiatives Assist with management of the internship program Help with the onboarding process using Paycor Perform automated platform Help to create a warm welcoming environment for new staff Assist in organizing the Performance Management and Goal Setting process Work closely with the Director of HR to create and implement policies and operating practices and procedures for HR and for the office Aid in ensuring employment practices are compliant with regulatory agencies and ownership guidelines Perform various projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager Organize files and documents as needed/Input information into spreadsheets Clerical work, such as filing, data entry, copying and correspondence. This position may be required to assist other departments with various projects. Interaction with other departments is highly encouraged as we aim to provide the most comprehensive learning experience for interns. Qualifications: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. Computer savvy with ability to work effectively in all Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
