The analyst will closely work with the business to understanding requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the development team. The analyst will work closely with multiple technical teams, own their project deliverables and ensure they deliver high-quality analytics solutions.What about you?* You are highly collaborative, creative, and intellectually curious individual who is passionate about technology.* You have the ability to learn technical concepts quickly* You are organized and able to adapt to change* You are a natural leader and work well with both a team and independently* You are a self-starter and motivated to learn and succeed.* You pay attention to the details without losing sight of the big pictureResponsibilities:* Work closely with the business partners and technology teams; act as liaison between business and technology teams* Interact with business to document data requirements.* Build data & mapping specifications for development teams.* Handle ad-hoc report generation requests from the business.* Respond to end user questions and concerns* Convey problems, solutions, updates and project status to peers.* Perform QA/Testing functions within the team.Desired Qualifications:* 0-2 years' experience with knowledge of SQL, XML's, ETL frameworks, R & Python* Knowledge of analyzing datasets using Excel* Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy* Works successfully in a team environment and independently with the ability to quickly adapt to change.* Good communication and presentation skills* Proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented* Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills* Ability to organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines
