ABOUT THE JOB The role of Content Listing Assistant will research, create and enter vacation rental listings into the company website and support the Vacation Rental team as necessary.
DAYS/HOURS: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Research building locations for nearby attractions. • Research building information, (i.e., pool, fitness center, parking etc.) • Upload pictures of the apartments to company website • Create a brief summary for all listings based on researched information. • Create listings for online travel websites • Maintain listing quality to include rate updates and reviewing responses as necessary EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 1 year related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in relevant computer applications, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, information collection and management as well as good planning and organization skills.
