ABOUT THE JOB  The role of Guest Service Specialist will assist in the efficient day to day operations of the property, monitoring activities and troubleshooting issues as they occur.

DAYS/HOURS: 

Shift 1: Wednesday- Sunday 11:30pm- 8;00am- The 8 Harrison Building 

Shift 2: Friday-Tuesday 11:30pm-8:00am - The Walter Building 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  • Meet and greet guests warmly while handling the check in and check out processes. • Process customer service requests via phone,emails, and list of activities to complete in the company database. • Monitor the condition of the apartments and correct/report issues. • Perform apartment light maintenance as needed and escalate larger repairs to the appropriate party. • Assist with ordering household inventory, storage organization and completing inventory audits. • Ensure residents are following property rules • Ensure offices and public areas are kept neat and organized

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Hospitality training degree preferred but not required.

Customer Service experience; 2 plus years' in some of the following areas; household maintenance, resolving customer grievances, front desk.
