About the Job
Churchill Living's Housekeeper will perform daily housekeeping services for hotel apartments. They are provided with protective masks and are only scheduled for cleanings when clients are not present in the hotel apartments.

Days/Hour: Rotating Full-Time, 7-day weekly schedule – Hours will change weekly to accommodate work schedule. This schedule includes two (2) rotating days off weekly.

Role and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Physically perform general housekeeping duties to include below but not limited to:

• Clean all rooms in hotel apartment to include dusting, polishing, washing, vacuuming, sanitizing and organizing
• Travel to multiple properties within New York City - travel expenses provided
• Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, mini bar
• Replace dirty linens with clean items
• Fold linens
• Restore all dirty laundry in line with company policy
• Check all appliances in rooms are in working order
• Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
• Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
• Follow all company safety and security procedures
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Observe and report damage of apartment property

Experience Required

Must be able to speak English (ESL acceptable). Housekeeping experience required.
