ABOUT THE JOB The role of Guest Service Specialist will assist in the efficient day to day operations of the property, monitoring activities and troubleshooting issues as they occur. DAYS/HOURS: Monday -Friday 11:00pm-7:30am ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Meet and greet guests warmly while handling the check in and check out processes. • Process customer service requests via phone, emails, and list of activities to complete in the company database. • Monitor the condition of the apartments and correct/report issues. • Perform apartment light maintenance as needed and escalate larger repairs to the appropriate party. • Assist with ordering household inventory, storage organization and completing inventory audits. • Ensure residents are following property rules • Ensure offices and public areas are kept neat and organized EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Hospitality training degree preferred but not required.
