    Marketing Campaign Intern Thecandidate will be responsible for

    supporting Pharmacy customer communications.This is business-facing technical and operational position, with an opportunityto develop marketing and business competencies. This individual will attend kick-off meetings and requirements gatheringsessions to understand the business request and facilitate completion of intakedocumentation. The candidate will be amember of the Campaign Management team, responsible for collaborating withbusiness partners on campaign objectives, requirements and strategy. Inaddition, the individual will be responsible for all aspects of campaign design,development and execution, including: · Requirementsdocumentation · Datadiscovery · Listmanagement · Developmentin the IBM Campaign (Unica) software platform · Testexecution · Deployment Asuccessful candidate must be driven with a strong attention to detail. KeyResponsibilities: · Collaboratewith business owners on the goals, design, documentation and deployment ofacquisition and retention customer communication campaigns · LearnPharmacy business rules and underlying data to support the delivery of quick,reliable solutions with the highest level of precision and data quality · Extractand summarize customer data by writing SQL queries · Developcommunication campaigns (email, direct mail, outbound phone) in the IBMCampaign (Unica) tool · Dailyproduction support for existing campaigns · Learnthe importance of quality control and testing procedures · Followbest practices, processes, standards and strategy as it relates to campaign management · Providefrequent progress updates ** ** Work Schedule: You must beavailable to work a 40-hour work week. ** ** The ideal candidate will possess the following: · Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a concentration in MIS/CIS or related degree · High attention to detail · Demonstrate and maintain a high regard for confidential and sensitive information · Excellent organization and writing skills · Knowledge of computer systems and software · Ability to communicate effectively verbally by telephone and face to face · Prior experience with databases and SQL a plus **Primary Location: **United States-Texas-Austin **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Admin/Gen Mgt--Genl Management **Organization: **Cigna Healthcare of North Carolina **Job Level: **Individual Contributor **Schedule: **Part-time **Job Type: **Internship **Job Posting: **Apr 8, 2018, 11:00:01 AM **Shift: **Day Job
