Vendor Relationship Admin - I (Requisition ID: 21000067)
Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the management of all operational aspects of a portfolio of contracted vendors that provide services to Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Duties include the supporting the management of communications, performance, competitive solicitations, and project management for vendors.
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Model ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities in accordance with Citizens’ core values, ethics, and information protection policies
• Assist in conducting Responsible Vendor Reviews to determine a vendor’s ability to support contractual obligations and service levels provided to Citizens
• Process contract documents, amendments and task order notifications and alerts
• Conduct research
• Process requests to update existing or new supplier information
• Assist with coordinating program implementation and enhancements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documents, manuals, and training materials
• Assist in the preparation of communications involving support requests, program announcements, and questions from vendors
• Participate in roundtables and workgroups to document and communicate opportunities for improvement to management
• Provide vendor support
• Post documents to Citizens internal and external websites
• Participate in and provide support on special projects
• Perform or assist in audits
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to solve complex problems through analytical approaches
• Ability to use web conferencing tools
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to make presentations to groups of 25 or more
• Relationship development skills in the area of vendor management, sales, or customer service
• Basic technical knowledge (website searching, data entry, and filing electronic documents)
• Ability to identify and recommend areas for process improvement
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree OR four (4) years relevant experience OR a combination of college education and relevant
Experience equivalent to four (4) years of college
