    OppenheimerFunds (“OFI”) is looking for a Client Services/Relationship Management Associate to join our Client Relations Team. We are seeking professional, self-motivated individuals to provide excellent service for our clients. Successful candidates will have phone and customer service experience, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    The primary responsibility for the SNW Asset Management (“SNW”) Client Services/Relationship Management Associate is to serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients including answer phone calls, handle client service requests, work across teams to meet client needs and follow-up with clients when appropriate.

    • Provide assistance to clients based upon their needs and challenges and own any issues from start to finish ensuring total client satisfaction in order to encourage client loyalty.
    • Screen, prioritize, and distribute Invoicing and Quarterly Reports
    • New account set up and maintenance: Paperwork preparation and processing
    • Workflow management & ongoing maintenance of client files
    • Work closely with Portfolio Management Team to assist with client questions.
    • Handle mass communication to clients
    • Ongoing project support for manager & team members

  • Qualifications
    • Series 65 license required or must be obtained within 6 months. Training provided for qualified candidates.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills including professional telephone etiquette in order to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
    • Experience in administration of client and prospect data in Salesforce CRM a plus
    • Organized, methodical with a strong attention to detail. This is a fast-paced and high-intensity position that requires tenacity, resourcefulness and the ability to multi-task/prioritize.
    • Desire and demonstrated ability to work and achieve results in a team environment
    • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
