    Hi, I hope you are doing well!   This side Ankita Zingta and I am an IT recruiter at COGENT InfoTech. We are looking for a Customer Support at New York City, NY Below is the job details. Please let me know if you're interested in the below requirement.   TITLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT LOCATION: NEW YORK CITY, NY 10007 DURATION: 4 + MONTHS SCHEDULE – MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS – 35 TO 40 WEEKLY   JOB SUMMARY: We are continuously enhancing Siebel Self Service application to all applicants and tenants, where applicants and tenants are going online to do certain key actions required for their application process and also submitting recertification online to retain tenancy housing. Currently, 2000+ people coming online either to check their application status or submitting various request to NYCHA. We are continuously canvassing applicants to select units for both conventional and private housing. Huge volume of emails and Service Tickets are routing to IT, to help these applicants and tenants for the application registration, online help and rent calculations. We don't have enough resources to handle this volume. We are looking for temp resource who can handle these requests.   SKILLS DESIRED:

    • Respond to Siebel Help Desk Tickets from both applicants and tenants to provide accurate efficient and courteous service.
    •  Strong listening skills
    • Empathy/passion for working with senior, disabled, low income populations and providers.
    • Great Interpersonal/Communication skills
    •  Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work
    • Bilingual communication skills preferred (Spanish)
    • Maintain confidentiality and comply with NYCHA policies
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, tenants, applicants.
    • Preferably looking for resources with working knowledge of Siebel CRM software Application

     DUTIES:

    •  Handling Customer Calls
    •  Resolving Siebel Help Desk Tickets
