• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced/deadline-driven environment and handle a high volume of telephone calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

ASSIGNMENT TASKS:

• Revise/edit Board Items/update Chair's report
• Related Telephone calls and emails
• Update daily status report and confer with staff
• Assist with all tasks related to calendaring Items for Board Calendar in preparation for Board Meetings, and assist with GAL and Tenancy tasks, as directed
