TITLE: CUSTOMERS SUPPORT /INFORMATION CLERKS LOCATION: LONG ISLAND CITY, NY 11101 DURATION: 8 MONTHS RATE: $15/HR ON W2 PROJECT: ONSITE DIRECT HIRING / ONE TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW SCHEDULE ON: WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY    DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Compliance Department is required to maintain an open communication channel for compliance, environmental health & safety and quality assurance complaints made by NYCHA residents, employees, contractors and the general public. REQUIREMENTS

• Effective Communicator: Written and Verbal
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to exercise discretion

JOB DUTIES:

• Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Determine the nature of the concern and input into the case management system (Siebel) for investigation and follow up by the appropriate department.
