Job Description
Title: Integr8 Health Advisor
Location: San Mateo, CA - Onsite
Duration : 3 Months (20 to 30 hours a week)
Responsibilities:
· Complete EHR implementation planning pre-work, including:
· Influence governance structure, process, and decision making
· Support third-party implementation strategy
· Complete implementation of the staffing plan
· Review Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
· Align the implementation team with Program Management Office
· Provide guidance on other aspects of the implementation planning efforts from best practices and lessons learned:
· Organization-level decisions (e.g. growth strategies, specialty expansion)
· HIT Support Model and Organization Design
· Training approach and plan
· Data migration strategy
· Define Legacy system(s) decommissioning plan.
· Legacy system decommissioning strategy
· Project charter, plan, tracking, and status reporting
· Organizational change management
· Third-Party Support
· Identify potential implementation challenges and pitfalls.
· Assist Chief Information Officer in other duties as requested.
Requirements:
· 10+ years of Health IT leadership
· Epic implementation experience
· Health IT organization strategy & change management
Education & Experiences:
· 10+ years of Health IT leadership
· Health IT organization strategy & change management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Experience with Safety Net, Public Health, FQHC, Public Hospital
· Experience with Lean Healthcare and/or LeanIT and other process improvement methodologies
