TITLE: TECHNICAL RECRUITER
LOCATION: WASHINGTON, DC
DURATION: FULL TIME
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Qualify candidates by performing a thorough vetting of candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and salary requirements
- Use sourcing resources and techniques to identify diverse candidates such as online social networking, Boolean searches and referrals
- Post descriptive job advertisements on various job boards, company career page, and other media outlets
- Work with hiring manager to prepare and review job requisition to ensure a thorough job analysis has been done to accurately describe position with designation of minimum requirements and preferred skills
- Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
- Provides ongoing communication with Hiring Managers, VP, Human Resources, and key stakeholders on status of candidates and progress
- Maintain Applicant tracking Systems to ensure phone calls, interview progress and offers have been updated
- Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping in accordance with company policies, Talent Acquisition processes.
- Supports employment functions, interfaces with candidates, Hiring Managers and HR to provide a smooth, efficient.
- Assists in the development of recruitment policies, procedures and training
- Performs other duties as assigned or required Experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience recruiting for a federal government contractor and cleared candidates.
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- High level of professionalism, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from multiple sourcing sites (CB, Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and Clearance Jobs)
- Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
- 2-5 years' of experience in Talent Acquisition, with responsibilities as outlined above
- Must have experience recruiting for all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
- Proficient in excel, MS Word and Outlook Preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
