    Position Summary: 

    Assist and support Account Executive with all aspects of department store account management including gathering and organizing selling and financial information, preparing orders and ensuring accuracy of product and sales information

    • Maintain various reports for respective account structure; enter data into reports and tools in shared network; gather financial and selling information from accounts in preparation for Market
    • Participate in key Sales meetings in order to become knowledgeable of the line and product offerings in each month.
    • Prepare and enter projections into 7OL system; maintain and process all revisions; review and update all changes and communicate to accounts
    • Prepare and assist during Market: doll-sheet final selling, review classification selling
    • Primary connection with Sample Coordinator to service all sample needs and ensure advertising looks are passed onto store teams prior to deadlines. anneCollaborate with Sample Coordinator to complete copy requests and update the master copy file.
    • Work with the Wholesale stylist to compile a styling guide for each delivery’s online order
    • Process all confirmed orders; review and revise as necessary
    • Partner with Operational Sales Support to gather shipping information and ensure that delivery of orders is confirmed; update CO-OP Sheet with actual shipping information
    • Run Open to Sale report and work with Account Executive to identify key styles for potential reorders
    • Manage Specialist incentives, contests and clothing allowance: gather results, submit chargebacks and key into Co-op log
    • Work closely with Accounting to reconcile pending chargebacks
    • Help with all regional seasonal training seminars: help create and write up agenda, pull samples, put together press kit for trainees
    • Connect regularly with our Brand Experience Team to help support needs in the stores. Manage claim requests / co-op log for event expenses.
    • Participate in connections with Wholesale Marketing in order to help support marketing initiatives for the accounts
    • Distribute corporate markdown suggestions and review with account

     

    PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    Education:  College Degree preferred

     

    Required Experience:

    • 2-3 years’ experience in wholesale sales.
    • Must have excellent computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
    • Experience working with company-wide computer systems such as SKYPAD, 7OL, Blue Cherry and NuOrder is a plus
