They will manage a portfolio of clients that are enrolled in the program by assessing needs regularly and offering appropriate solutions for the clients financial needs. They will work to grow enrollment in the program through strategic planning that includes marketing, referrals and partnerships. Representative Duties Relationship Management/Customer Experience Develop a portfolio of qualified client relationships through an active calling effort on the mass affluent market with emphasis on Commerce Banks priority customer segments. Serve as customers primary point of contact, consistently providing exceptional customer service, consisting of a professional, friendly demeanor, sense of urgency and willingness to assist the customer at all times, ensuring issues and requests are solved promptly and thoroughly to the customers satisfaction. Teams closely with financial advisor(s) conducting joint meetings to uncover client needs and provides solutions directly, or indirectly through referrals to business partners. Initiate and maintain customer contact through a variety of methods, including, but not limited to proactive outreach to clients via phone, face-to-face interactions through set appointments and possibly walk-in traffic, be willing to travel at times to meet customers when/where convenient for them, and community involvement. Help customers get set-up to use digital banking/ self-service technologies and keep them informed of new or enhanced capabilities as they become available. Identify and sell or refer appropriate products and services based on strategic analysis of customer financial needs Utilizes EnAct CRM to maintain customer information and manage activities. Educate clients on program benefits to increase product and services usage and grow deposit and loan balances. Prospect for customers to become part of the CommercePremier program through proactive outreach and identification of high-potential existing and new to bank customers. Collaborate with all lines of business (Brokerage, Mortgage, Private Banking, CTC, Retail) to improve the client experience and improve their financial well-being, delivering one Commerce. Manage and grow assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on retention and expansion of the customers relationship with Commerce Bank. Intradepartmental relationships Build and maintain professional working relationships with all internal employees of Commerce Bank to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Reviews and evaluates all documentation submitted for referrals and/or processing to ensure completeness and accuracy in order to increase approval, transaction and turnaround times. Actively participates in branch huddles and sales meetings to increase awareness and knowledge of the CommercePremier program and ensure that goals are achieved. Coach and partner with branch leadership to ensure desired number of referrals are achieved; provide feedback and updates on status of referrals as well as program training and information during branch huddles. Frequent interaction with CommercePremier Program Management, Product Partners, and Sales amp; Experience Management. Training/Compliance Provide guidance, direction and effective coaching to ensure individuals have a working level of understanding of the CommercePremier program. Keep abreast of updated systems, policies, products and services by participating in all applicable systems, retail and product focused training. Stay current on Commerce Bank digital banking capabilities. Inform and educate customers on the digital and self-service options (Online, Mobile, ATM, etc.) available to complete relevant activities and transactions. Meets all CFPB and Safe Act requirements 100% adherence to all Bank internal policies and procedures Adherence to all operational, regulatory and security requirements, directives and procedures while minimizing losses. Deliver customer satisfaction while embracing the operational policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience/Education Associates degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelors degree preferred. Working to in-depth knowledge of all retail bank products and services. 2 or more years of banking experience or 2 years previous experience in a financial services related industry required Working to in-depth knowledge of state and federal laws and regulation related to Fair Lending and other applicable regulations. Technical Knowledge/Skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Demonstrate professional etiquette through verbal and non-verbal communication skills Excellent needs based sales skills Ability to influence asking for the business and closing the sale Strong organization skills Analytical aptitude a must Excellent team player Self-starter amp; assertive Attention to detail is critical Comfortable using, advising on, and engaging customers in digital and other innovative forms of banking.
