Customer Service Representative - Early Collections

Commerce Bank is seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for a Customer Service Representative opportunity. As a Representative, you will communicate effectively and professionally with debtors to determine cause of delinquency and resolve payment issue. Initiate contact by utilization of auto-dialer/phone in a fast-paced environment. The Representative contributes to the Banks ongoing goal of maintaining low delinquency and low gross losses on current Bankcard accounts, through high productive use of a predictive dialer and other means to make contact with customer.
