This intern will provide assistance to data scientists on product line projects for the Enterprise. Duties of this position include the development of queries, statistical analysis, presentation of results for consumer behavior, profitability and campaigns. The intern also assists with special projects within the Data Analytics team. The Data Scientist Intern will: Write efficient data queries to varied types of product and customer analysis. Analyze, update, and compile customer behavior and profitability analysis reports. Compile data analysis and reporting for Data Scientists. Compile campaign analysis for Consumer Credit marketing campaigns. Present data analysis summary results to team members and business line leadership. Complete model documentation and testing. SPECIAL PROJECT: Complete special projects as assigned within CB internship program. This may include a group project with other CB summer interns. CAREER TRACK POTENTIAL: This internship position provides real work experience in data analysis, profitability reporting, consumer trends and behavior. Previous Data Scientist interns have achieved success as full time Data Scientists within the company. QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer a Sophomore/Junior Data Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics major. PC Skills include Mircrosoft Office with proficiency in Access and Excel. SAS, SPSS, R or similar computer programming is preferred.
