The Commercial Bank Rotation Program (CRP) is a two-year rotational program designed to help you launch a challenging, accelerated and rewarding career by providing the tools necessary to build a strong foundation in Commercial credit analysis, Commercial risk management and the various functions and products offered to clients.
As a part of the Commercial Rotation Program, you will experience three rotations across six possible Commercial Bank business areas and multiple geographies, including Healthcare & Technology, Media and Telecom, the Financial Institutions Group, Middle Market Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management.
Distinct rotations, alongside robust classroom and on-the-job training, will offer you a broad knowledge of Commercial Bank functions and products that are critical to serving our corporate clients.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Participation in loan origination, structuring, underwriting and risk evaluation of credit facilities
Research and analysis of industry and market data to complete financial projections
Compiling and synthesizing loan, market and company information to build pitch books and client presentations
Financial statement, portfolio and company analyses in support of business development and credit decisions

Challenging team and individual projects, client interaction, broad business exposure, along with an immersion into multiple areas of the Commercial Bank will allow you to develop a strong foundation in financial & credit analysis and grow as a leader in the financial services industry.
Upon program completion, associates will explore roles within the Commercial Bank across all business areas and geographies, and many of our graduates go on to pursue careers in areas such as Underwriting, Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Capital Markets and roles in our various product teams

Majors including, but not limited to, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task with strong attention to detail
