    Requirements You will graduate with an undergraduate or post graduate Degree on or before June 2023. Currently hold a 3.2 cumulative GPA or overseas equivalent. You will not require visa sponsorship for employment in the US now or in the future including OPT and F-1 visa. Be fluent in English and be legally permitted to work in the US.     Overview Graduates will begin their career at HSBC with US and global orientation programming, followed by a four week-long formal credit training program. After credit training, Graduates will experience week-long rotations with the Commercial Bank business lines, including but not limited to Corporate Banking, Global Trade & Receivables Finance, International Subsidiary Banking, Lending & Transaction Management, etc. These week-long rotations will provide Graduates with insight into the businesses they will support in their program placement. As well as equipping you with a broad experience of our Commercial Bank, the program will help you build a network, give you exposure to senior leaders, fellow graduates and a diverse range of clients, and help you find where you fit best, so you can succeed in your career.

    What you will do First, you will be introduced to our business by taking part in an exciting and interactive induction, where you can meet people from across the world and gain an understanding of what HSBC does and how we support our customers. You will then have week-long rotations, which will exposure you to different business lines within the Commercial Bank, which you will ultimately support. With plenty of variety, you could be supporting customers to expand their operations or helping them use new technologies to do business with us. With the help of senior leaders and peers, you’ll develop a whole range of skills, while building on the ones that already set you apart from the competition.

    What can this lead to? When you have completed the program you will have progressed from an Analyst 1 to an Analyst 3. Post program, you could become an Associate on a number of teams including but not limited to: Relationship Management, Credit Management, or Global Trade & Receivables Finance. From there you can take advantage of the Commercial Bank’s international presence, with potential to progress your career into more senior roles both locally and across the world
