Johnson Financial Group is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Intern for Summer 2022 in Madison!

As a Commercial Real Estate Intern with Johnson, you will get well-rounded, hands on experience with our credit team, portfolio managers and relationship managers (RMs). This position will be located in Milwaukee. Through this internship, you will gain exposure to the Commercial Real Estate market in Milwaukee and Madison.

During this internship you will:

• Develop the ability to perform aspects of commercial real estate underwriting including cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, loan structuring and general system use
• Prepare RLC (Regional Loan Committee) materials
• Work closely with the portfolio management team:
  • Assisting RMs through the sales process
  • Assisting RMs with preparation of materials for the credit approval process
  • Assisting RMs on life of loan responsibilities
  • Delivering portfolio management reports
• Attend select client meetings and property visits with RM

Qualifications:

• Active member in the Real Estate Club at UW Madison, UW Milwaukee or Marquette and/ or an active member in the Commercial Banking Program at Marquette
• Junior standing
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Duration: 10 weeks

Salary: $18.00/ hour
