  • Responsibilities

    SUMMARY:

    Under the direction of the Director of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the salary planning process and bonus plan process for the US operations, determining market value for new jobs, participating in and analyzing data from external salary survey analysis. T he Compensation Analyst supports and contributes to all projects and operations related to employee compensation.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

    GENERAL

    • Participate in the analysis, development, design, communication and implementation of broad-based compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plan programs
    • Support the annual salary and bonus planning cycle by providing data and documentation which supports the budget recommendation, assist in the development of salary increase guidelines, and perform the annual set up task in the human resource system
      • Compiles and analyzes compensation survey data to determine the organization’s pay status relevant to market
      • Support recruitment team and HR business partners with market job pricing and compensation related inquiries
      • Respond to internal ad-hoc requests related to compensation
      • Provide reporting (writing, maintaining & supporting) and information delivery related to metrics and compensation data as requested
      • Participates in compensation development/training activities
      • Tracking/administration of deferred compensation program
      • Other projects/duties as assigned

    POLICY

    • Assists in formulating policies, procedures and best practices related to Compensation administration
    • Helps ensure policies meet regulatory and internal requirements

    TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Advanced excel skills including formulas and functions
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
    • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS OR EXPERIENCE :

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-3 years relevant experience
