DESCRIPTION
The goal of the Flagship Internship Program is to provide a brief, yet comprehensive, overview of our company, its history, business, operation, strategies, goals and values. Our program is designed to be flexible; enabling each intern to be exposed to the real-life, hands-on experience that fits the intern’s area of interest and our company needs. Interns will be involved in the day-to-day business intricacies of their assigned area of operation that will provide them with valuable learning experiences.

Availability to work for the duration of the internship from June to August 2022
Required to be enrolled in an accredited 4-year bachelor’s degree program with completion of either sophomore or junior year at the start of the internship or recent graduate (completed a minimum of 4 semesters of college)
Required to have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
Proficient/Advanced in all MS products, including Excel (knowledge of pivot tables and graphical displays of data preferred)
Business intelligence system experience; proficiency in SQL and SAS(or similar statistical software) preferred
Programming/coding knowledge a plus
Experience with implementing regression models a plus
Role-specific skills to be provided by the department leader

The Compliance Data Intern will help support the Company's fair lending program by providing any data-related support and analysis as directed by the Company's Legal and Compliance leadership team. In addition, the Compliance Data Intern will help support the Compliance Data Team with data pulls and the performance of analyses to help ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
